Overview

UHD Video Switcher: Up to 5 inputs(3*HDMI, 1*DP, 1*USB-C, USB-C only for video passing through), 1*HDMI output, 1*HDBaseT mirror output, and 1*3.5mm Analog audio output. HDMI2.0 and DP 1.2 input are supported. Input and output resolution up to 4K@60Hz, support downscaling 4K resolution to 1080p for output(enable/disable downscaler function). EDID is supported with multiple selectable EDID modes.

Multiple Windowing Placements: the video switcher supports single video full-screen display, PIP, PBP, 3-window, and 4-window display. Window position and size can be adjusted for PID and PBP display; Window size and placements can be adjusted for 3-window and 4-window display. Up to 20 scenes can be saved as presets for fast call display.

Seamless Switching: seamless switching for single video full-screen display effortlessly; near-real-time switching for PIP, PBP, 3-window, and 4-window display in about 1.5s delay.

Freedom of Audio: Support multiple audio types for input including LPCM, AC3, DD+, DTS, DTS-HD, and up to 7.1 sound channel. Support to adjust audio output volume; users can choose any one of the 4 HDMI inputs or 1 USB-C input for audio output.

Easy Control: Support front panel control, remote control (OSD menu), and RS232 control.

Introduction

The AGS-PS512 is a versatile and feature-rich seamless multi-view video switcher designed to enhance your multimedia experience. Featuring with 5 channels of Inputs and 2 channels of Outputs developed for multiple sources displayed on a single screen, supporting high input and output resolutions. HDBaseT mirrored output port can be used for long-distance video transmission. Users can easily manage it via the front buttons, IR remoter, or RS232 commands.

Hardware Appearance

• Front Panel

HDMI 1: Press to select HDMI 1 as the input source. Long press it for 3 seconds to enter SINGLE mode (only one display window on the screen).

Note: when works on non-SINGLE mode, directly short press input buttons will be invalid.

HDMI 2: Press to select HDMI 2 as the input source. Long press it for 3 seconds to enter PIP Multi-view mode.

HDMI 3: Press to select HDMI 3 as the input source. Long press it for 3 seconds to enter PBP Multi-view mode.

DP: Press to select DP as the input source. Long press it for 3 seconds to enter 3xWIN mode (Three Windows Multi-view mode).

USB-C:  Press to select USB-C (video only) as the input. Long press it for 3 seconds to enter 4xWIN mode (Four Windows Multi-view mode).

WINDOW: The screen will show up one yellow border on window 1 after pressing. Continue to press this button and the border will be shown on window 2 or 3… then press one input button such as HDMI 1, and then HDMI 1 will displayed on the current selected window. Long press this button for 3 seconds and you can select different output resolution with OSD content.

Please note: Press HDMI 3 and DP at the same time can enable/disable AUTO SWITCH function when SINGLE window display mode

[Long-haul Transmission with HDBase-T Receiver]: The switcher provides a 24V/10watt Power Sourcing Equipment (PSE) capability, allowing you to power remote HDBaseT receivers. The HDBaseT transmission length can reach up to 70m at 1080p or 40m at 4K, providing flexibility in the placement of your display devices and sources.
